Here is the question:
When you have your Genesis hooked up to your Sega CD, does it use the video cable coming out of the Genesis, or is there a video cable that comes out of the Sega CD unit?
The reason that I ask, is because I own a Model 1 Genesis unit, and I also have a specialized RGB cable for this Model 1 Geneis, to play my games on a special RGB monitor in High Res. If I were to attach a Sega CD unit to my Genesis, I was wondering if I would see the Sega CD games in RGB?
By the way, I also have a RGB cable that works with the 32X. I don't currently have a 32X, but I have a RGB cable that plugs into the 32X to hook up to the RGB monitor. At least I think that's what it is. Because I have a Model 2 Genesis RGB cable, and I've never owned a Model 2 Genesis machine. I also remember playing Star Wars Arcade for the 32X on my RGB monitor way back in the day.
One last question. If any of you guys have a Genesis, with a 32X and a Sega CD, all hooked up simultaneously, which one has the video cable connected to the TV? The Geneisis, the Sega CD, or the 32X? If you do have those three systems, do you ever need to remove anything to play any of the games. Like if you are playing a non 32X CD game on the Sega CD, do you need to remove the 32X attatchment?
Thanks for any answers to any of the questions.
