There's a VGA rated 80+ on ebay right now for $245. I'm not really one to buy sealed games, but I can't imagine one just hanging out at a store should cost you more than $150? That $245 price tag seems pretty high to me, even being rated.
About $70-$110 is my guess on how much it's worth currently.
