In addition to being grossly overpriced, does this game look sketchy to anyone else besides me?

Pricey, yes. Sketchy? Why? It's a crappy listing with very little info, but at least there's a few good pictures. What's sketchy about it?

Looks fairly legitimate, most copies of this game are worn out for whatever reason.
EDIT: Seems that guy has the cream of the crop of rare soccer games released in the US with Super Copa too no less.
I dug up this thread which has some good info if you read through it. Some members who post there (Eskobar for example) are on here too so they might be able to help you out otherwise.

My two cents: great game.

I thought the same thing too! The only aspect of the game that made me think it might be a pirate was the off center label. I have never seen an official snes game with a label that off center. I am accustomed to seeing damaged labels, but this label is off by a few millimeters.

Just by checking the photos in that auction and comparing it to the photos in the nintendoage topic, neither label looks to be put on as well as it could be in looking at first party widely distributed SNES games. While the NA label is better centred left to right the top of the label isn't flush, much like the ebay one. Again, I would perhaps seek out some people who own copies and ask them for more comparisons.
