After having the Jumper Pak since I got my N64, I'm finally getting around to getting an Expansion Pak. Unfortunately, there's no Nintendo ones at the local reseller, just new Retrobit ones. Has anyone here used them? I'm fearing they're N64 murdering paks, just like the Yobo ones.

If the Retrobit 3-in-1 AC adapter was any indication to their product quality, I'd say avoid it like the plague.

While I don't have any personal experience with RetroBit's 3-in-1 AC Adapter, I can say I personally own the RetroDuo SNES/NES combo gaming console as well as a RetroBit's Nintendo 64 Expansion Pack, and 3 of RetroBit's Nintendo 64 Controllers. I've had absolutely no problem with any of their products so far, and it's been around 2 years since I purchased any of them.
I did notice the prices on Expansion Packs has gone down, House Of Retro has it for around $20 when I think I paid close to $30 for mine originally: http://houseofretro.us/773-n64memorycard4mbramexpansionpackretrobit-892044001354.html

I got an official one on EBay for cheap, you can find them bundled with DK64 for a good price usually.
