This seller is an asshole. Why would they sell a bootleg game that says, "Not for Resale" for over $400? There has been 20 offers.

Because it's not a bootleg, it's a kiosk cart which is pretty hard to find. It's not worth $500 but there's a best offer option listed. She should have a better photo if she wants good money for it, but there's nothing wrong with the auction.

You did look at the auction itself, right? That is some truly obnoxious design right there. Why yes, more animated gifs than a 1996 homepage on a 2011 auction page? Now that makes it a must-have.
