looking for g.shark/codebreaker codes.

can anybody here program codes for or show me a site that has game shark
or codebreaker codes for headhunter on dreamcast or shark/action replay
codes for planet of the apes on ps-1? i have been to gscentral but in a week
of trying i have been unable to get permission(??)just to make a simple post!
so i come here where people are much friendlier and better to get along with
please any help would be grateful.btw i have searched arround but with little
results.@_@
