Hmmm... It's not a shooter and it looks like crap so I say no. Not any more than any other hobbyist game you could download from dcemulation.com and burn to a cd-r yourself. I believe this game just comes on a cd-r. I've seen better looking, more interesting games available for free at dcemulation.com. I guess they know their game isn't anything great but figure they'll be able to make money off the people that are on a mission to have every DC game ever released, like Joe.

Yea! I know about the demo. My question is about the whole game.

Not another dance game...

Does this game used licensed music or did somebody create music for it? :/

No licensed music for Feet of Fury. I think most of the tracks were done by someone named DJ Geki. He's got a couple of good songs on there.

I'm going to port a couple of games to DC, Solitaire and Minesweeper, with support for the DC mouse and the Twin Sticks. Limited Edition! Only 3,000 available worldwide! Only $49.99 for TWO, that's right, TWO games on one disc! Pre-order now before we're sold out!!!!!!!

The package offered by the Goat Store are professionally pressed silver CDs and printed inserts/etc.

Sheesh, bad attitudes here.
FoF is basically a DDR clone with a better head to head mode, in that, the better your opponent does, the worst things get for you. You can use the dance pad, the controller, the keyboard, whatever. It's also got disc swap for the DDR ripoff available on the computer and thus, play the bulk of DDR songs on the dreamcast. As far as being a collectable, I'd say its as collectable as any professionally released homebrew for any given system (which of course, varies on if its still available), but for the most part, few people will look at it as a needed part of a complete DC collection.
