Does anybody know how long we can expect these classic consoles to function? I don't see too many other electronic items from the same era (1972-1983)that still work and I'm wondering about the affects of time on the electronic components. Even if you have a NIB Intellivision,CV, Astrocade,2600 etc., over the span of 20-30+ years, can't capacitors dry out and other electronic parts drift out of their original values, even if you only use it occasionally or not at all?
