got these at my gameXchange today and want to know how rare is it to find either game for about 9 dollars toegther?

Tiny Toons is common, DuckTales perhaps borderline uncommon. I'd say $9 is normal pricing, nothing special.

$3-$5 each is normal. Duck Tales for Gameboy isn't really uncommon, it had a player's choice release.

There are three different Tiny Toon games for the NES. I *think* Cartoon Workshop is the rarest. I don't think any of them are worth much more than $5 tho.
