Hey Guys,

James here, Matt and I just launched a new website, http://www.neocartman.com

It's a website that is a "Where's George?" but for Neo Geo MVS carts. You can see where your cart has been in the world and when it's been there. Hopefully as the database grows we can have games that have been all over the world making Neo fans worldwide sharing happiness from the same cart.

We need help in building the database since it is still relatively new. So we need you to submit your serial numbers for your MVS carts.

To submit them you can use the online form found under the submit tab or you can download the form if you are sending a bunch in. You can email the completed mass sheet to files"at"jamma-nation-x.com

Please submit the serial number as it is written including the zeros. If your game has several serial numbers, we go by the original one on the label first, if that is missing then we go by an SNK silver sticker serial number either on the label or on the side of the cart.

For full kits we always go off the cart serial number in case you have a mismatching kit.

If you own the cart and don't plan to sell it please submit it anyway. If you are selling MVS carts then it is the perfect time to submit them since they will be changing hands very soon.

We thank you guys for taking the time to read this.

Heh, pretty cute idea. I wonder if it's going to result in internet dick-wagging with people trying to get the lowest serials. I'll see about contributing my numbers later.

I have a question, when people put in "region", that's supposed to be for the game, yes? Not the region the owner is located in, right? It just seems surprising that the vast majority are US, like every single Samurai Shodown. I know I personally have more Japanese carts than US versions since they seem to be more common.

Thanks dude. Yes, the region is for the cart itself. US, JP, EU (Euro) or KR (Korean).
