Paypal Funds unclaimed? Any ideas?

I won an auction last night for an nes power supply for $1.04 + $1.25 shipping. I paid the $2.29 instantly and got the paypal invoice right after. Now when I look it says that the funds are unclaimed and asks if I want to cancel the payment. Anybody know whats up?

Recheck the address and try once more. Also, cancel the payment sent.

Just canceled and paid again. Seems to be same address so it will probably go unclaimed again. I figured that ebay would confirm the paypal address prior to opening an account.
