Finally got a second SMS Light Phaser.....Now I can play Gangstertown with TWO Guns!!!!

I bought 2 guns with HOTD 2 for DC...played it a couple of times and beat it right away. I kept the stuff but wasn't worth the $110....I have HOTD 3 but haven't bought the guns yet.

I've always found the Woo-style light gun method most enjoyable in the arcade, where you've got both pistols readily available. It doesn't work so well with Time Crisis 2 or anything that features a mounted gun (GunBlade NY, for example), but there's nothing like grabbing both pistols on a House of the Dead machine and blasting away for all you're worth. For maximum effect, find a Japanese unit that uses black plastic guns instead of blue ones.

Elemental Gearbolt's also kind of fun with two guns, but the game's slower pace requires careful aiming, so it's almost more satisfying with one GunCon per player.

Time Crisis 2 for PS2 actually includes a 1 player 2 gun mode. I haven't tried it out yet, though.

I've played HOTD 3 with both guns before. the sheer carnage of it was amusing but after about a half hour I couldn't hold my hands steady anymore. I need to work out.

I feel your pain. Though I delight in dealing double the death to the undead, my spindly fanboi arms cannae support the twin gats of justice for long.

Yeah, and when it's in 2 player mode, you ALWAYS get a life bonus at the end of the level. Plus, it makes the Tavern scene easier (which is where I ALWAYS die in 1 player mode)

I played several games today on a Master System I'm listing on ebay..
(I gave it a good testing..)..
I played Ganster Town with two guns today...It's amazing how much I suck with my left hand compared to my right hand.. :D ..

On the first level..do I try an shoot the airplane out of the sky?
Why is it flying overhead..?
Everytimre I play the SMS I like it more and more.

I don't think you can shoot down the airplane (just the bombs it drops), but you CAN shoot the back wheel off of the car!

A few years ago I tried to splice 2 PSX controller extension cables together so I could play Time Crisis and Point Blank with 2 guns. I figured as long as I didn't fire both guns at the same time it would work. Well it didn't work with the guns, but it did work with the digital controller. 2 players could controll a one player game.
