Change Madden 2002 to Madden 2003.

Kingdom hearts hasn't been RELEASED yet. And I've heard the entire combat system consists of "Mash the "X" button". Still plan on getting it and have heard it's Awesome though.

Haven't played it, But I've heard SOCOM is great.

Get Frequency off of there.

Don't take Frequency off! It's in my TOP 5.

I've HAD IT with sports games and many of the other games on that list are just so blah, unoriginal, or cliche'd. Quite frankly, Frequency is one of the few PS2 titles that shows any originality. I don't know if that's good enough to make your list, but that's my two zenny.

I LOVED Frequency when I first got it, and I got SICK of it within 3 days. Way too hard, and I was VERY unimpressed with it's online play (Although I must admit I was VERY out of practice and it was launch day for the network adapter)

It was a GREAT first game, and maybe a sequel would be awesome. But after playing other music related games, it goes down on my list quite significantly.

sony actually swiped the idea and some of the gameplay elements for frequency from hudson's japanese psx game called beat planet music. visually, it more or less looks the same, but adds some stuff you can't do in frequency, and has no big name supa-stahs on the soundtrack. i pointed this out, and had my letter published in one of the last issues of next generation...

jedi starfighter? c'mon!
tekken tag? very good game, but not top 25 material at all (just a top seller).

i'd slot half-life (even though it's more or less an "enhanced" port), gadget racers (underrated, and hella fun) or smuggler's run 2 (shut up and play it before you flame me, lol) over those two.

played kindom hearts today (we got a reviewable final): B-O-R-I-N-G. it's visually spot on, and square NAILED the disney characters to a T, but the gameplay is gonna make you cry, more than the nostalgia factor, lol..

...and the camera is a real bitch at times...

How about Red Faction 1? That seems like a cool game (so far). I like the sci-fi/rebellion angle. What do you guys think?

P.S. I agree with DigitalPress: Modern spiorts games aren't much fun. Issuing commands and watching is not as afrenaline-intense as a one-on-one competition between yourself and your brother on RealSports Baseball. :D

Im sure I am in the minority here but I would add Mister Mosquito to the list. I love that game.

maybe swap out cap/snk2 with red faction- it's a bit better on the dc with that beeg import arcade stick, anyway...=^P
