Grabbed a load of stuff today, but these are the items that have me most curious:
Zelda's Adventure CDI red Demo Disc:

Unreleased wireless trackball controller:

Modified Sega Justifier, used in the creation of the retail Peacemaker gun. There is a cord that runs from the Justifier to a box (hard wired), and then from the box to the 3DO:

No idea at all what these are worth, very difficult to find any info on any of them. Thanks for the help guys!

You have to find a person that gives a shit about the CDi for the gun and trackball.
The Zelda disc is gravy. I'd find out if there are any differences between retail and then ask it's worth again when you know that.

HAHAHA!!!
First off, I miss you Port. Second, I was thinking pretty much the same thing. Some niche systems have dev stuff sell for bank (Vectrex, TG-16, etc.), I was hoping CDi folks were the same.
I'll check on the Adventure disc, but the game sucks my balls. Be tough to play it enough to find some differences.

There are no differences. It's just the full version of the game. Having said that, the last one I saw on Ebay went for over $100.

Just over $100? I'd sooner use it as a coaster than sell it for that. Is that what they've sold for historically? Was it a red disc or white? Retail copies sell upwards of $300, I was hoping for significantly more.

It is probably worth in the $300 to $500 range. The problem is finding the market to sell it. Rare item indeed.

Wow, Zelda's Adventure has popped up in value lately. For most of 2010, it was going for $150-$200 mint complete and slightly more sealed. I just looked at a couple recent auctions and one complete copy went for $300 and another went for $400. Having said that, I think there may be a misunderstanding among non-CD-i collectors about what these red and white discs are. They are simply store and review demo discs and Philips pressed them by the truckload. I know I have several copies of Zelda's Adventure in both the red and white versions, a European version with a different font as well as several test disc versions. I suspect you will get more from non-CD-i collectors than CD-i collectors on that particular disc. I also suspect this won't go for more than a hundred or two, but I could be wrong given that I haven't seen a copy of the red disc version sell on Ebay in an open auction in the past couple of years. One was listed for $1K for a long while and just ended with a side deal a couple weeks ago. Another sold in a similar way a month or two before. Who knows what those sellers got for them.

Maybe you should try playing the game with the track ball

Can the Justifier be detached?
The pink gun is much rarer and more valuable than the blue.
(if you don't know, the blue was the primary gun and was included with all copies of Lethal Enforcers. The pink one (for player 2) was only sold by direct order from Konami and cost like $10+shipping, which I'm guessing fewer players were willing to pay (and while P1 had to use the gun, P2 could use a standard controller).)

So you want me to take apart a one of a kind prototype used to test and develop the CDi Peacemaker for a pink justifier? For some reason, I just don't think that's the most reasonable thing to do...

Just curious if it was easy to check. If not, no worries. :)

Looks like the red disc Zelda's Adventure went for $200. Not bad, but not crazy either.

Yeah, I wasn't going to get greedy with it, and the buyer is a huge Zelda collector. I'm sure I could have gotten more with a counter offer, but I'm happy with the results :)
