Looking for a modder of sorts

Hello fellow gamers! I'll get right to the point here: I'm looking for someone, preferably in the US, who can burn English/English translated roms onto real carts. For example, I have a Korean version of Battle Mania 2 and I would like the English translation on the cart with a switch to toggle between the two. I'd also like that done for a few SFC games as well. Thanks and if this is on the wrong board, please let me know. Thanks again!

Do you want it on real carts for collection purposes or would a powerpak/everdrive suffice?

I'd like it on real carts. My plan is to buy the import version of the game and then just get the english version on the cart. It'd be cool to have them on actual carts
