I just bought Marvel Super Heroes for Saturn (jap version) from ebay, however the game will boot fine, but when you pick the characters sometimes it gets stuck on loading and sotimes it works and you can play.

The PNT that was near me charged $5 for disc repairs. Might be different at each location though since the stores are franchised out.
