Has anyone else played this old driving machine?

I did a quick search but couldn't find a thread on it. I remember back in the late '70s and very early '80s playing a game called The Driver. Here is the KLOV entry for it, such as it is:

When you drove, you were supposed to do your best to follow the car in front of you. If you veered off at all, you gained points. The object was to get as few points as possible. I remember this being the first game that I played that cost 50 cents as opposed to a quarter.

Considering that if I recall correctly one of the main people that host the California Extreme arcade show found one of these (http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9707) unopened in the shipping carton a few years ago, I'd say anything is possible with arcade games.
