I just picked up use pretty cheap cause I didn't have them Laser Invasion and Short Order/Eggsplode, got them from a thrift store. I plugged in SH/ES into my Nintendo Top Loader NES....the game works fine, title screen up and running....no issues right? The screen says press start, so I do and nothing happens, I was using a Messiah Wireless controller so I make sure everything is good which it looks like it is and still no response....so then I plug in a regular standard NES controller....same thing..press start...nothing happens.. I am curious at this point so I plug in Laser Invasion....and plug back in the wireless....hmmmm...now this game doesn't respond to the controller either..I plug in a regular for Laser Invasion, no probs....I plug back in the wireless...no probs....hmmm...?? So I plug back in SO/ES......both controllers don't do anything...weird right?? Then I plug back in Laser Invasion..no probs...the SMB...no probs...Does anyone have an idea as to why SO/ES is not working.....Is it an compatibility issue with the Nintendo NES TopLoader....did I get a bad game??? I am confused??
