Trying to figure out how to do something in Madden 11

I know this is something simple, but I forgot how to do it and can't figure it out. How is it you change the tempo in the game? Example from normal to conservative or aggressive.

I've looked all over for this and can't seem to find it. Help is much appreciated.

If you mean by the style of game your AI plays, its in the gameplan area. If you are talking about the gameflow feature just before the game starts and you are selecting teams turn off gameflow feature.
