When I'm playing there is this squeaking sound. I think its from the dvd drive.
What causes the squeaking and how do I fix it?

lube the dvd drive. use molybdenum grease if possible on the gears and guide rails. if you cant find that grease use lithium grease. Use WD-40 to clean the existing lubricant and detritus before you apply the new grease. apply everything using a q-tip. After the new grease is applied, put a music cd in the drive that you dont care too much about. play the CD going through the tracks back and forth a few times to spread said grease. wipe off the CD from any splatter and clean the lens using windex and a q- tip. enjoy a quiet system.
