Kitsune Sniper

So I bought this little thing a while back.

I've mentioned this disc a few times in the past. As I said before, this is a Fantastic Four PS2 prototype from August 2003. I found this at the flea market where I buy stuff (and coincidentally, at the same booth where I found that complete copy of Alice!)
For a long time I thought this was a Formula 4 game... until I finally managed to play it. The thing won't run on my PS2. My system is not modded, and it's a CD-R, which meant I couldn't use the Free MCBoot exploit to play it. I managed to use an emulator to get it to run, albeit slowly, and it seems to be a very, very early version of the movie tie-in Fantastic 4 game released by Activision in 2005.
The game is also very different. While Fantastic 4 follows the movie, in this one, you start off as Reed, who's been trapped by Doctor Doom in some sort of dream chamber. You fight yourself, then wake up; you escape your room, you fight a few robots (which look a bit like the ones in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cd_XjKuiDeg) at around 1:15) and then the game crashes. Also, Reed is wearing his standard Fantastic Four outfit in the proto. His attacks are almost exactly the same as they are in that video.
Other things of note include Burly Brawl (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2gfDO_8ggQ) as placeholder music, and the developer isn't 7 Studios, as mentioned at Mobygames (http://www.mobygames.com/game/fantastic-4/). I think 7 Studios got the unfinished game and completed it. I don't remember who it was, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't them.
Anyway... I'm looking to sell this now because of my stupid problem with that Italian guy. So this is partly a "what's it worth" and an interest check on this. I dunno where to sell it, or how much to ask for it... so um. Can anyone help?
(Oh, and in case anyone's wondering, I did rip the disc. It's preserved.)
