I've noticed that on the TV I use for my Commodore 64, the picture is on the screen in such a way that any text or graphics at the top of the screen are blocked by the frame of the screen.
This also happens with my Xbox 360 on my big screen TV, but it's only really bad when playing a game with lots of text in the corners of the screen, like Rockstar games. But it still happens.
Does anyone have a solution that they use, or does anyone else experience this problem?
