PC-ENGINE HELL

Ok. I have been slowly going through my large supply of legacy pc parts, putting some items up on ebay as I go. I figured on anything that could be used for DOS-Windows 98 specifically I would list here first though since there is a classic computer gaming area on the forum and some interest in this kinda stuff. First off I am going to list 3 of my Socket 7 motherboard/AMD K6-2 and K6-3 combos.
Later today or tomorrow I will update this thread with graphics, lan, and sound card parts also. Also, please be aware, all the cpu/motherboard combos listed will just be for the cpu and motherboard themselves. I will not be including any ram or heat sink. You can use Pc-100 to 133 ram on these boards fine, and I do have plenty of both for sale in 64 and 128 mb stick sizes. You can get cpu coolers off of ebay. Most smaller socket A and socket 370 coolers will work on these boards fine. All the boards and parts I sell are fully tested and perfect working with no blown caps, but sold AS-IS. I will ship insured against postal damage however. All jumper settings will be preset on the motherboards for the cpus that are installed, so you will not have to fiddle around. Payment via paypal only, no echecks, and shipping to the USA and Puerto Rico only.
First up are two socket 7 boards used in Packard Bell computers that can use normal ATX power supplies and fit in standard ATX cases. They both have onboard audio and video. Board #1 comes with a K6-2 400mhz cpu. This board has pci and isa slots. Board #2 is basically the feature wise, however, I have a K6-2 450mhz cpu installed that is down clocked to 400mhz. The reason is is that this board will not support this cpu at 450. If you try to set the ratio jumpers around to do so it will just oc the cpu or underclock it more then 400mhz depending on what you set it to. When they made the board they simply didn't have the K6-2 450 in mind lol. Set to run at 400mhz it works perfectly fine though, so no big deal. 400 mhz is plenty fast for Dos stuff anyway. Both boards are each $25 shipped to anywhere in the USA, to PR I will have to get your address and get you a total price due quote.
