Zing! I'm getting in before this gets shut down...only one post here, and it's an ad for a rip-off of a Nintendo game? We do have a buying & selling forum...
Although maybe it'll just be Apple or Nintendo that will shut you down, not us. But I suppose when I want to get in before the lock here I might have some false starts somewhere along the line.

The game won't last long in the market. Same as Monimo.

Who cares what Nintendo thinks. There are so many people ripping off their games it doesn't even matter anyways. I think it's a pretty cool idea for a game.
Too bad I have Android. I probably would have got it! I think there are a ton of Androids out there now with Gyros, including mine.

Nintendo's lawyers. LOL they don't really care about Nintendo. They just want money, which these guys probably making this game may not have tons of. So basically they'll either just let it go, or tell them to take the app off. But I don't think there will be any sueing involved.
