MVP Baseball Updates

MVP Baseball 2005 for Xbox is my all time very favorite baseball game. Unfortunatley, it gets hard to play with 6 year old rosters. I saw there are a couple of sites and one guy on ebay that will sell PS2 Memory cards with the updates for 2011 rosters. My question to you guys is...1) Can these updates be trusted to purchase? 2) Does anyone have any idea of anyone who updates Xbox rosters for MVP 2005? 3) What are my options???
