This is a two-parter, because first of all I'd like to know if the following games have all of their contents. To me it looks like everything is there but I'm not the original owner so I can't really tell for sure.

Second thing is, are these worth anything or should I just hold on to them? According to eBay they're all SUPER RARE! L@@K! which, frankly, I don't really give a whole lot of credence.

The games in question are:

Blood II: The Chosen (horribly faded and with a hole in the back of the box)

Commandos Ammo Pack

One Unit Whole Blood

Planescape Torment (also horribly faded, and also with a hole in the back of the box)

Rama (Limited Edition)

Oh, and how much does a boxed cat go for these days?

Planescape Torment is fairly rare and worth some good $. Check out the completely item listings for it ;)

I know that One Unit Whole Blood goes for high prices out there as it has pretty much everything you need to play that game.

Planescape Torment and One Unit Whole Blood... were rereleased by Good Old Games a while back. They may be worth money to the right person because of the docs and other items, since the boxes are faded and damaged - that "unlock the secrets" disc was not included with the GOG Blood release. I've never seen a copy of RAMA with a book inside, so I dunno about that.

That's pretty cool. Some older PC games had tie-in books released around the same time as the game, but I've never seen one that came with the game itself. I'm not super familiar with PC games, so I would defer to Kitsune or whoever else is knowledgeable about them.

Thanks for your help, guys. I kinda figured both Planescape Torment and One Unit Whole Blood could fetch some money but considering their condition I'm hesitant about selling them. I would just feel bad about passing games in poor condition on to someone else, even if the content is pretty much pristine.

Kitsune: Would selling the "Unlock the Secrets" disc alone be a wiser choice or should I wait for someone willing to buy the whole thing? With the re-release and all, I figure this could take a while.

pseudonym: You're not the only one unfamiliar with PC games but who can pass on a game that includes an Arthur C. Clarke novel? This will be the only game I'll keep - both for the novelty of the novel (see what I did there?) and because, well, I'll probably have to break the spine to read it :P

I'm sorry if this topic is out of place here, I'm just rather clueless regarding non-SCUMM PC games

Sell the whole package. They may not be worth the $100 of old, but they're still worth some money.

Gotcha. I'll try my luck and see if someone will take it off my hands. Thanks :)

Boxed cats aren't worth much unless they're sealed but that usually means the cat is dead. ;)

I want the cat. I do custom paints and mods on cats. It voids the warranty, and has the tendency to cause them to make strange noises during normal operation though.

One of my neighbors is driving the prices of used cats up really high. All she does is stockpile them, and let them gather dust. She keeps telling me there's a sentimental value to them, but she makes it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone else near me to get a cat at a decent price. I was lucky to get one loose recently. Here's a picture of that bitch BTW... I hate her face so much:
