I was going to start selling some of my guides on ebay and I was curious how you guys ship guides. I have some large bubble mailers and thought I could put them in that, but then there is a chance get they get beat up and bent easily.

Sandwich them between two stiff pieces of cardboard. That would help.

Any specific cardboard you use, like from a shipping site?

If they guides are worth enough to bother w/ selling individually then I send them Priority and use the flat rate envelope. Never had a problem w/ those.

When I ship single guides, I also use bubble envelopes and two pieces of cardboard. What I use for the cardboard is simply a USPS Priority Mail box (since it's free, and since I have, like, 100 of them lying around here :P ) that I cut to fit around the guide. Usually works quite well :) .

... I just hope you don't send these Media, because if they catch you using Priority Mail boxes in non-Priority stuff... you might get fined.

I typically use cardboard from cut up beer cases (not the flimsy ones either) or other packaging of similar specs.
