PS3 Not Showing Composite Video out?

Got a ps3 that won't show composite video out but the audio works. Also the S video works fine on showing video and playing audio. Just no composite video out. I've tried several different composite cables, same result. I've also gone through holding the front power button down deal, got info off the net and that does nothing either. After physically checking the deck out the only thing I noticed is sometimes in the back by the ac plug and the video jack it seems to get warm and the ac jack seems like it's not setting like it should. Kinda cocked to the right. Any ideas or suggestions as to what the problem is and any solutions? Thanks.

grab a multimeter and check the traces that lead to the composite signal. a solder joint may have cracked due to the pulling and pushing the connector in. Any foreign material in the connector slot?

Nothing in the connector slot, Is there a pin out for the connector or does this need to be checked on the inside of the unit?
