i have done some searches and found a few listings for the disc only but not
for this particular bundle,any help would be great:) value? rarity?

That's really cool. Never seen it before, and Amazon and eBay searches resulted in nothing(as expected).

Nothing truly rare. I used to work for Interact and it's just the demo disc tossed into the box with a sticker slapped on. There was also a Tomb Raider / Eidos Demo version that I own with the same sticker set-up.
