Confused about cart connectors

Ok, I'm confused. I thought I saw somewhere that licensed carts always had all of the connectors and the whole connector went to the edge of the board. But when I was cleaning some carts the other day I found this.

Everything else on the carts seem legit except the cart. So do I have a pirate or a real one?

Center pins were never used for anything on the NES, they go to the expansion connector, a LOT of cartridges won't have connectors there. Your cart is fine.
