Not getting item?

I think I got a deadbeat seller on ebay. About 3 weeks from the UK to the US shipping, item not received. It's also about a week since I emailed the seller, no response. Think it's time to file a claim?

Shipping just might be slow, but if you get no contact in a week's time, then I would. At least it'll serve as a reminder in case they overlooked your message or something.

Give it another week, there was some recent delay for mail between the UK and US. It was even announced on the eBay UK website.

Do you know how the item was shipped? I once had something sent to me from the UK via Surface Mail and it took about 7 weeks to arrive.

if its coming airmail it should take no longer than a week, week and a few days. Any other method beside airmail can take up to a month to 5 months, I dont know why but all UK shipping methods other than airmail take forever to reach the US.
