It took me 2 years, but I finally got around to updating my game room pictures. The "Collection Galleries" section has more pictures for those who are interested.

awesome collection!
did you assemble that game shelf yourself or did you buy it? I'd love to get one like that.

Very nice, clean, and neat.
Sure beats the cluttered look most seem to be after.

I would take neatness over clutter any day, and you sir have it perfectly. I love how comfortable and accessible the room looks.

Wow, bright, spacious and comfortable. The poster hanging is particularly awesome. They look like they were built into the room.
Do you worry at all about the sun fading you games' spines?

I can really appreciate the way that your system boxes and other packaging articles and media (like strategy guides) are neatly stored away...close, but out of sight. I've gone on record countless times about my aversion to clutter. Your room looks very tidy and organized, and your games look neat, attractively displayed and most importantly, accessible.
I appreciate collections as much as the next guy, but can't say enough about an neat, understated gaming room. In fact, this is one of the only gaming rooms I've seen where I thought that the room could maybe benefit from a few more wall dressings.
You have a very nice set up; thanks for sharing.
Do you worry at all about the sun fading you games' spines? Heh, you know I thought about that, too. :|

Eww, is that a Messiah Generation NEX as your NES? Yuck!
I think most of us wish we had a room that size for gaming. Those empty shelves are screaming to be filled though :P

It's three of these (http://www.amazon.com/Atlantic-38435618-Oskar/dp/B002UOR00C/ref=dp_cp_ob_e_title_0).

Definitely something that's been on my mind. I keep the blinds closed during the day. 95% of my gaming happens at night anyway.

(looks down ashamed)
Yup. I got sick of 30 green screen tries before my games would start up.

Thats the most spacious room of doom I have ever seen. And you even have tons of space left for new acquires. Are all your systems plugged in or do you rotate them out? I'm referring to the two old school system shelves.
