Pac-Man Ghosts with Leaves on Their Heads?

I was watching the ZDTV Icons episode about Pac-Man, and I noticed some footage the crew kept reusing was of a Pac-Man game I've never seen. It seemed a lot like a normal Pac-Man game, but the ghosts, when they turned blue, also had what looked like a stem and a leaf on their heads. It was almost like they were "fruit ghosts."

Anyone know what the name of this game is?
