Capcom said they're not doing a lot for 3DS, Wii, and Super Wii in the near future besides what already been known (Revelations, Wright vs. Layton, Dragon's Dogma, etc.).

Atlus I'm hoping announces statebound releases of Super Robot Taisen EXCEED and Solarobo (seeing as Atlus brought the first game over). So far the only games scheduled here are Devil Survivor 2, Overclocked, and Persona 2 (PSP) but I'm holding for hope (and crossing my fingers).

Level-5 should at least be announcing the 4th Layton game for DS for NA/EU as the trademark popped up a few weeks ago. Miracle Mask will also probably get a mention. In fact both should be coming out over here this year. However this may be added into Nintendo's presentation.

I would love to get confirmation of Wright Vs Layton coming to the West!

Capcom may have a surprise mention of the next Monster Hunter. I think the rumours of it being in development for NGP/3DS/Wii2 have been going around for ages.

Think it will be a while before we see the 3DS Layton. They usually take ages bringing over the Layton games. Would be pleased if they had some more info on their 3DS JRPGs, but since so little has been shown even in Japan, I doubt it.

As for Capcom, they recently released their fiscal calendar or whatever, and I think I saw four or five 3DS games, but I doubt any those will be shown on E3, with the possible exception of MML 3. They'll probably show Asura's Wrath and Dragon's Dogma though. Their bound to show some Resident Evil too, possibly all three (Mercenaries 3D, Revelations and Operation Raccoon City).

Can't imagine Atlus doing anything except for maybe having a booth where you can play Catherine, and maybe some Persona 2: Innocent Sin gameplay trailers.

Namco Bandai & Nintendo will win E3, bet that.

I am also dying for a new Suikoden/Wild Arms and Main story Kingdom Hearts game

Speaking of Level 5, didn't they say they were considering bringing the Ni no Kuni games over here?

I'd settle for a 360 stateside release. Japan's MH Frontier game is not just region locked but also blocks outside IP's.

Street Fighter x Tekken looks so phenomenal.

Confirmation of Professor Layton & the Last Spectre for the DS makes me a happy bunny. :D

It's probably the only franchise I don't mind being an annual event.
