So over on Kickstarter there's some guy who's trying to combine robots, midway games, and the Internet (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/626917407/the-willie-hurl-arcade-play-real-arcade-machines-r) to create a gaming experience called Willie Hurl. The idea is that people pay for tokens and use these to control robots remotely over the Internet to play midway games like skeeball, pinball, pachinko, and claw machines. Seems like a wacky and creative project to me!
The actual link to play is buried in his Kickstarter page, so for those of you who want to try this out for themselves, go to http://www.williehurl.com/server/clawmachine.php - the username and password are both 'kickstarter'.
