I already have a copy... this one is without the outer cardboard case, but it's still a steal at this price! And there is only one manual (the seller seems to be unsure about whether there should be or not). I have dealt him in the past and he has been excellent. He's also selling the PAL Dragon Ball Z for the Saturn for a reasonable price. In fact it is the same copy I sold to him a while back for well over double the amount he is offering it for ... also a steal.

Thought you might appreciate the heads up!

Which one is harder to find? The NTSC or the PAL version? :/

Can you even play a PAL saturn game on a US system?

You can but you need either the 4-in-1 import cartridge or the Saturn GameShark. :)

When you say "which is harder to find", are you talking about PDS or DBZ? As for PDS, I would say PAL and NTSC are about the same rarity. That is, not particularly rare, but quite pricey. But I think the PAL version is nicer - with better box art, and I like the whole 2 boxes in a nice card slipcase rather than 4 cds stuffed into one case.

DBZ though, the PAL version is much rarer. As far as I know it was only released in France, and there are really not very many copies of it around. Definitely one of the rarest PAL games, along with Jewels of the Oracle.

P.S. You will need a converter to play PAL games on a US machine. Also, some PAL games are optimised for 50Hz displays as well.

Regarding PDS, there were 16,000 copies of the PAL version, over two print runs. Or so I heard from an ex-Sega Europe employee.

How many copies of PDS do you think were printed in North America?

I have heard the number 10,000,I think there was a thread about it a while ago.
