They'll be selling PS2 on PSN soon enough. THEN YOU CAN BUY IT ALL AGAIN.

60GB, 20GB, and early 80GB models. Everything else is PS3 and PSX only.

Be aware that the early 80 gigs achieved PS2 compatibility through a combination of emulation and hardware. So it doesn't have the same level of compatibility and accuracy as the earlier models that did it via hardware.
And since you don't list a location, also be aware that we're just talking about North American models.

The only thing that is going to be on PSN are some of these HD upgraded remakes of PS2 titles that we've been in the process of getting for quite sometime now.
Playstation 2 games aren't going to make an appearance on PSN anytime soon.

oh i live in the states. how can i tell a 80 BG BC model or sohuld i just hold out on a 60 gb one for under 300?

I believe the 80GB version that works has 4 USB Ports on the front instead of 2.

Check it out on wikipedia, there's a great chart there on how to identify by model number and details on each revision.
