I'm considering getting a Stern Cliff Hanger for my collection, but the only prices I see are between $4 and 5K. Do I even have a shot at one in the $2-3k range?

Prices are down on these. Ive seen them as low as $1500 and as high as $4000.00. I wouldnt pay more then $3000.00 in todays market.
