I believe the game is worth between $150-$300, according to the brief information I could find on it.

A SMS collector says that it's worth between £100 - £200+ on ebay, that's close to $150-$300. The guy is a serious SMS collector so I'd have to assume that it's accurate. I'll post a link to the guy's collection, that's where he mentioned the pricing.
