Well, according to this site http://chudahs-corner.com/soundtracks/index.php?catalog=TYCY-5521 you've got an authentic version of the CD, and not a bootleg.

I did a little searching on Google, but I couldn't find any info regarding its current value. The only thing I could confirm is that it's currently out of print.

Not much, this is one of those things where you basically just try to see what people would be willing to pay for it.

I have paid about 5 bucks (plus $20 shipping:) for a few different Sega soundtrack CD's direct from Japan. I have never seen the same ones on eBay though. Hard to say.

soundtracks fluctuate too much. You might get $10, or you might get $200....just depends on how hot it is at the moment.
