I don't think he is tying to pull anything, in giant red letters he clearly states:
THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC CARTRIDGE BY WIZARD.
If a potential buyer does not even bother to scroll down a bit, since a true collector or person who has a slightest clue the original is valuable then to bad. Buyer beware, a fool and his money are soon parted.

I'd lovve to have this game in my 2600 collection, but an original,
or in the mean time a dirt cheap $10 repro cart.
reproduction carts selling for ridiculous amounts should annoy any collector.
