I found a what looks to be sealed MegaMan Legends GH version. I'm skeptical because the shrink wrap does not have the Y-folds in the corners. But the Playstation seal at the top is not broken (unless someone removed it very carefully and then replaced it very carefully). I have included some pictures in hopes that someone could help me verify if it is legit or not. Any help is appreciated!!!

Capcom is one of the companies that actually didn't use hard shrink w/ Y folds on many of their games. They still use the soft shrink on current DS releases. It's most likely a legit seal.

Its actually quite easy to open cases of games/CD's with top seals like that. I can open a case, remove a disc, and close it back up and you'll never know the difference.

so if you had a shrinkwrap machine you could add Fifa 98 discs to all the rare capcom seals? :p

Looks fake to me. Every PSone Capcom game I bought had the Y-fold seal.

Yep, I have never seen this particular game in anything but Y Fold. This was most likely a store display copy that was opened from the bottom leaving the seal up top intact and then resealed.

I have an empty Crash Bandicoot game like that, it's still sealed at the top but there wasn't a disc inside it so I got the case with manual for free.

Damn well this sucks then, granted the possibility of there not even being a disc inside. I should probably just open it then.
