Question about an NES label

I found a copy of Super Sprint today, and I don't ever remember this label. Can anyone tell me about it?

It really looks like someone glued a magazine article down as a replacement label. How is the quality of that label?

I was thinking something similar myself. I just never seen anything like it. It is just weird that the text fits the indentation for the label perfectly.

Could be from a Tengen ad poster maybe?

It looks like part of a magazine ad to me.

man that sure looks like the pics you would see in those game/pc store ad brochures that
they used to give away free to any one who would take them(software etc./e.b.).
could be wrong but sure looks it.:)

Game rental places used to do this around here. When someone would ruin the label they would glue the ad blurb that sat on the shelf onto the cartridge.
