Colony Wars: Vengance Cards

In my continuing quest to organize and get rid of stuff, I came across these:

I remember getting these as some sort of promo, but I have absolutely no recollection of what it was or what these cards are actually for. They came in a little plastic shell.

It looks like some sort of playing card game, but I have no idea. There are no duplicate cards in the stack, so maybe they're just an interesting way to identify craft in the game?

Anyone know?

Guessing promo cards to show you all about the different ships in the game that you're going to be blowing up. Never seen em.

I'd say 5-10 bucks, considering the lack of major demand for the game.
