I was digging through some old games and found this stuck inside a Resident Evil 2 for the PS1. It's a well, phone card. It looks like the one in this photo:

I don't know, but what's the point of a 3 minute phone card?

It was meant to promote the hint line, in the cheapest/laziest way possible. I guess you could get one hint out of it before being disconnected.
No idea on value though, at least that card has 10 minutes unlike every other card in the photo.

I looked at every card other than that one. I got distracted by the Blasto one because I love that game. :P
Years later I just saw this thread. The picture you pulled from is actually my account, and I just sold two of those phone cards for 75 bucks today...
