After 3 months of tinkering I have finally completed making possibly the worlds smallest arcade machine. Let me know what you think and any suggestions for my next project.

************* Update **************

Since my initial post a few people had asked me to create micro arcade cabs for them, I thought Id take a video of the resulting Desktop arcade I have going on. Check it out in the video below:

Wow! The only question I have is where do you put the coin door when you put it on location, and can it hold more than three coins before filling up ;)

I love projects like these. So very creative. How much would you charge to make one of these? I'm seriously interested. I could even provide the SP. Given all that's involved, I'd like to get someone who really have a talent for this sort of thing rather than give it a go myself. The only small change I'd want is situating the board in such a way that the cartridge slot sticks outwards instead of inwards for GB/GBC support with the backing off.

Very nice, I liked it alot!

As it was stated before, too bad it not "easier" to change the cart, but still manageable it seems

That is awesome.
I'd definately buy one of these if you ever decide to make more.

That's adorable on a scale not measurable. Now let's see you do a mini Neo MVS XD

Id probably need to charge about $250 (Australian dollars) + about $20 for delivery. It would take about 5 days to build using a GBA SP ags-101 (backlit model). If your interested PM me.

That's super cool - great job. Some of you guys are really setting the bar high with these things. I can't wait to eventually build something like this myself (though probably not as small) but just don't have the time to plan it all out at the moment.

This one is fully functional too. It runs MAME.

When Hallmark's Namco arcade cabinet Christmas ornaments came out, I thought about getting a spare Nokia N-Gage and installing the components inside one and running MAME on it. I never did, I just don't have that sort of technical skill. Plus, I don't have a spare N-Gage to cannibalize.

You should try doing it, Id use a GBA micro for it though

That is completely awesome, great work!

Seeing stuff like this always makes me want to try something similar, but I don't have the technical knowledge to start such a project. :(

Wow- That one looks great. I saw something similar here a while back on lukemorse1's channel. Check it out:

Luke kinda shows you how he did it, so if you are feeling technical, one could make their own. He has older videos detailing the process - very cool, kinda above my expertise though.
