Every time I see a Ben Heck mod, I think, "that should be pretty straightforward," and then I get completely and utterly lost when I see how he built it.

This mod is fairly straightforward in terms of attaching it to the Xbox, it's just fitting the DVD stuff in the changer that's the challenge.
