PS1 Single Disc Blanks in Thick PS1 Jewel Cases

Does anyone know of anywhere where I could buy the clear placeholder blanks with the PS logo on it that are put on the left jewel case on a single disc game in one of the "chubby" jewel cases? I'm trying to make complete copies of a few games that were in cases like that.

I'm assuming the best way would be to buy cheap PS1 single disc games. Speaking of that, does anyone know of all the games that were a single disc game in a "chubby" case?

Also Elemental Gearbolt. I'm not sure how many of these would really be worth using just for the cases, most seem to be pretty expensive on their own. Gran Turismo is cheap though, probably the cheapest and most common to find with these cases.
