Topic tells all..
Are there any PCE games that are better on the US TG16 counterpart?
Not interested in things like text/translation. More interested in changes to game logic/difficulty balancing, etc.

R-Type. We definitely scored a point on Japan for this one (in the Hucard realm anyway, I know about PCECD R Type Complete)
In Japan there's R Type I and II, as 2 separate Hucards. R Type I has stages 1-3. R-Type II has stages 4-6.
On Turbografx 16 the whole entire game is on one single card.

And even on the Virtual Console, they still made the Japanese pay twice. :P
(though they still charged 200 points more than normal outside Japan)

I never knew that. Wow, making those poor souls pay Japanese retail twice for one game...

Magical Chase is better, in my opinion. The graphics have been redone in some areas. Still too much money for it, though.
