Looks like a new Action RPG that's getting solid reviews in the 8.5-9 range.

I'm very interested in grabbing it, wondered if anyone has tried it out yet? Seems to have a variety of weapons / options and has an interesting way of telling the story though a narrator. Seems to be worth a pickup.

I'm interested, but might hold off till a sale because my backlog is so large right now. Try the demo if you're interested — I plan to.

This looks really good. I'll try out the demo, but from what I've seen and read so far...I'm pretty sure I'll be buying it.

I liked the demo, but I think I'll wait for the inevitable sale or price drop.

So I picked this up last night and I've been very impressed so far. I definitely can relate to us collectors with tons of backlog, but sometimes I enjoy getting a game at release and "getting sucked into the hype" if you will.

I'll wait until I complete the game for a full review, but right now it feels every bit like a 9/10 so far. It has some riveting gameplay that just sucks you in right away. The girlfriend definitely complained a few times last night, "When are you going to stop?"... "You're still playing this?", etc.

At first I didn't like the narrator concept, but it has already grown on me and feels at place in the game. Definitely original.

Combat is exciting, not too hard but not too easy either. Blocking is a key concept in this game which is a nice change of pace from your usual button masher beat-em-up.

Visuals are beautiful and colors are bright. Environments "appear" around you, which also gives this game another nod in the originality department.

If price is the only factor for some of you, definitely wait for the sale whenever it happens several months down the road. But this game definitely feels to be worth every bit of $15 for now and I'm already hooked.

I love the narrator. The girlfriend sounds annoying, though. ;)

Well I might be picking this up now, since the Microsoft Store (not xbox live for some weird reason) has a deal where if you buy Bastion, you get The Maw for free. www.arcadesummer.com

Don't have a 360, and therefore am not picking this one up right now, but I read some interviews with the creators and watched some videos, and will be looking for this to appear on Steam (hopefully) later this year - when I plan on purchasing it.

I trust the guys at Giant Bomb more than almost anyone in the industry, and they had nothing but good things to say about this one. I will be picking it up.

I was going to buy it today until I saw the price...I'll wait for a price drop.

Eh, think I'll be getting this soon with all the praise it's been getting.

I beat it this weekend and man was it a blast. It was so much fun I'm going through on New Game Plus and trying for 200/200 achievements.

I'd say the game length is about 8-10 hours, maybe more or less depending on your play style. And I'd estimate a 100% completion to be about 25-30 hours possibly.

Definitely recommend this one, I give it a solid 9/10. Would give it a 10/10 if there was a lasting multiplayer component. But as far as a solo game goes, this has just about everything you could hope for.
